Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hana Catur Wahyuni

Dr. Hana Catur Wahyuni ST.MT serves as the Vice Rector overseeing the Academic Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. A distinguished expert in the Halal industry, Dr. Wahyuni is an authorized Halal supervisor, auditor, and competency assessor for Product Quality Inspection. She has also led the Quality Assurance Agency at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. In addition, Dr. Wahyuni contributes to several national and international journals as a reviewer.

Dr. Wahyuni obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the Industrial Engineering and Management Study Program at Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII) in Yogyakarta. She pursued her Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Industrial Engineering at ITS-Surabaya. Her research primarily focuses on quality management, halal risk management, halal supply chain, and productivity.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Adam Voak

Associate Professor Dr. Adam Voak is an International Human Capability Development specialist who applies his 25+ years of experience across Australia and the ASEAN region to assist organisations and governments in harnessing their workforces’ potential. Adam was a contracted Senior Transport Consultant for the ARISE+ program, working with the European Union, Senior ASEAN Government Officials, the ASEAN Secretariat and a group of Industry Representatives across all ten ASEAN nations to implement and operationalise the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Multimodal Transport.

Prof. Dr. Hurriyet Babacan

Professor Hurriyet Babacan has a distinguished career over the last 25 years with a proven track record of achievement in senior leadership and strategic management roles. She has a distinguished record in scholarship in research, teaching and learning and community and professional service. Prof Babacan has been recognised for her work through a number of awards including Order of Australia 2014 (AM) for her outstanding contribution, as academic and author, and for furthering multicultural community, education and social policy.

Prof. Dr. Payaman Simanjuntak

Dr. Simanjuntak obtained his PhD in Labour Economics, Development Economics, and Urban and Regional Economics from Boston University. Dr.Simanjuntak has written several books on topics as diverse as: Industrial Relations in Indonesia, Performance Management and Evaluation as well as Trade Unionism. Dr Simanjuntak has represented the Government of Indonesia on the ILO Governing Body in Geneva for the period of 1990 to 2002 (4 terms), and was Assistant Minister of Manpower for human resources development until his retirement on 1st August 2004.

Prof. Dr. Simanjuntak is also active on several councils, such as the National Training Council (Vice Chairman, 1984-current), National Research Council, National Productivity Council (Vice Chairman), and the Chairman of Indonesian Human Resources Development Association. He has also served as Vice President of International Vocational Education and Training (IVETA). Prof. Dr. Payaman Simanjuntak has received 3 awards from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, namely, Satyalencana Wira Karya in Human Resource Development (1990), Satyalencana Karya Satya, and Bintang Jasa Utama.
